Subscription Terms

Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.

Subscription benefits, pricing, and available Subscription Periods are displayed at checkout and/or in your account. We may offer different plans, promotions, bundles, or limited-time offers. The specific benefits of your Subscription are those presented to you at the time you purchase (or activate) the Subscription.

We may require you to provide a payment method to start a Free Trial. This helps us verify your payment method and enables uninterrupted access if your Subscription converts to a paid plan.

Subscriptions purchased on Persotests.com renew automatically unless cancelled. By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize Zooska Network SRL to charge the recurring subscription fee (and applicable taxes) to the payment method you provided us.

The Renewal price will be the price disclosed at checkout for your plan, unless we notify you of a price change in accordance with Section 8.

Payments are processed through our payment processors. We do not store your full payment card number. Your payment may be subject to the payment processor's terms and your bank's terms.

If your payment fails (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card, bank restrictions), we may:

Prices shown at checkout may be inclusive or exclusive of taxes depending on your location and applicable law. Where required, we will collect and remit VAT or other applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes not collected by us where applicable.

You can cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future Renewals; it does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current period unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout.

After you cancel:

• You will continue to have access to Subscription benefits until the end of your then-current paid Subscription Period (or Free Trial, if applicable). • Your Subscription will not Renew at the end of the current period.

How to cancel:

• Use the "Cancel Subscription" option in your Persotests account settings (where available); or • Contact us at hello@persotests.com from the email address associated with your account.

Important: Deleting your browser data, removing bookmarks, or ceasing to use the Services does not cancel your Subscription.

Cancellation timing and effective date

If you cancel by email, your cancellation will be effective as of the time we confirm it by email. To avoid renewal charges, contact us at least 24 hours before the end of your then-current period. We may request additional information to verify that you are the account holder.

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. We may, at our discretion, provide refunds or credits in individual cases (for example, where required by consumer law, or to resolve billing errors).

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us promptly at hello@persotests.com with: (i) the account email, (ii) the date/amount of the charge, and (iii) a description of the issue.

EU/EEA/UK consumer withdrawal right (digital services)

If you are a Consumer located in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, where you expressly request immediate performance of the digital services and acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once performance begins, the withdrawal right will not apply after performance starts. We may ask you to provide such consent/acknowledgment at checkout where applicable.

Nothing in these Subscription Terms affects mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your access to paid features while the dispute is pending. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve billing issues quickly.

We will provide evidence to the payment processor, bank or other entities and authorities to contest improper chargebacks (e.g., proof of subscription purchase and access).

We may offer discount codes, promotional pricing, or special offers subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of the offer. Unless stated otherwise: We may revoke promotions if we reasonably believe they were obtained or used fraudulently or in violation of the offer terms.

Your Subscription grants you access to Subscription features during active paid periods. We may suspend or terminate access in accordance with the Terms (e.g., for misuse, fraud, or violation of the Terms). In such cases, refunds are handled in accordance with Section 8 and applicable law.

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on Persotests.com and will take effect as of the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., by email or in-product notice). Continued use of the Subscription after changes take effect means you accept the updated Subscription Terms. If you do not agree, you should cancel your Subscription.
